Decent stay with some issues
stressful parking long line
The parking situation was REALLY bad. I receive self-parking as part of my reservation. It was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find an open parking spot in the garage. This stressful parking experience took almost 45 minutes (seriously?! ). there was a long line to check-in.

late check-in annoyed cleaner
the hotel room was spacious and up-to-date with great views and nice amenities.
Check-in wasn't available at 3pm AS stated, i had to wait. the room service forgot about us twice ON sunday morning after we ordered breakfast. a cleaner seemed annoyed that we didn't need her at that time. She had on her tablet thing that i requested service, i did NOT.
